The story

2022 – present

HomeSure removes everyday landlord pain: late rent, lost deposits, paper leases, vacant units. Every feature earns its place.

Uganda is short 2.4M homes. Demand 200K, supply 60K. 8–14% yields. But banks lend at 22%, so traditional development cannot work.

We close the gap with off-plan deposits, diaspora equity, land JVs and DFI capital at 5–8%. Then we scale the model across East Africa.
