Is Jolems Property Solutions a regulated entity?

Yes. Jolems Property Solutions Ltd is a private limited company registered with the Uganda Registration Services Bureau. We are concurrently registering with the Uganda Investment Authority and the Association of Real Estate Agents Uganda (AREA-Uganda).
How does HomeSure escrow protect my deposit?

All buyer and tenant deposits are held in segregated escrow accounts and released only on documented milestones — never directly to the developer. Every event is timestamped and hashed for an immutable audit trail. Disputes are routed to the HomeSure resolution desk.
I am in the diaspora. How does the process actually work?

You complete a short profile, KYC happens via OCR, and a concierge contacts you within 48 hours to align on your goals. You then receive a curated list of opportunities, transact through HomeSure escrow, and receive quarterly USD-denominated reports plus on-demand video walk-throughs.
What is a typical off-plan timeline?

From reservation to handover is typically 12–18 months for Phase 1 residential. You see milestone progress on the HomeSure dashboard and your deposit only releases against verified completion.
Do you have mortgage partners?

Yes. We are formalising relationships with two Ugandan commercial banks for off-plan mortgage products. We can introduce qualified buyers and reduce paperwork by sharing verified KYC and income documents (with consent).
Can I license HomeSure for my own market?
