Financial projections assume: seed funding closes within twelve months of publication, Series A closes within thirty months; off-plan pre-sales achieve at least 60% of project units before construction begins; diaspora equity participation matches the targets in our internal plan; DFI tranches close on the timetables published; construction cost inflation is contained within 10% of the indicative figures in this material.
5. Currency assumptions
Figures are presented in USD or UGX as labelled. UGX-to-USD conversions assume an indicative rate of UGX 3,750 per USD 1, with sensitivity analysis available in the data room. Currency volatility is identified as a material risk factor below.
